At TheraGround™, our products are designed to help people sleep deeper, wake up with less pain, and support nervous system recovery through grounding.
Grounding is not an instant fix. Your body needs time to respond.
For this reason, we require a minimum 14-day usage period before any return is eligible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days of use and within 60 days of delivery, you may request a return by contacting support@theraground.shop.
Order Cancellation Policy
All order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders will already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

Returns submitted without proper order identification may be delayed or denied.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package all products before shipment.
An item is considered damaged only if:

It arrives with a manufacturing defect, or

The product itself is physically broken
Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (such as dented or scuffed boxes) is not considered damage if the product remains functional.
If your item arrives damaged:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery

If approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by:

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
While we work to deliver orders promptly, TheraGround™ is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by:

Carriers

Customs processing

Weather

Other factors outside our control
For delivery issues, customers must contact the courier directly.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order is not eligible for:
